Let me tell you a bit about myself and my credentials. I am a native of Alabama and attended Jefferson State Community College where I earned an Associates Degree in Applied Science. I then attended the University of Alabama – Birmingham and in 1992 received certification and licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L). Then in 2001 I graduated from Red Mountain Institute for the Healing Arts and am nationally certified and now licensed to practice therapeutic massage in the state of Alabama.

Since October 2001, my private practice has been located at the Magnolia Financial Center Building. Using a combination of neuromuscular, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and myofascial release technique, I am able to individualize treatment for each client’s particular needs.
